Processing of (personal) data by the entity in charge of the online application process
1. General
This data protection declaration relates exclusively to data collected as part of the online job application process and includes information on the processing of the candidate's personal data collected during this process.
2. Processing of personal data in the application process

By submitting an application via our recruitment page, you explicitly indicate your interest in working with us. The personal data you provide in this context will be used and retained exclusively for the purpose of job search and application.
In particular, we will collect the following data:
In the course of the selection process, the candidate may also attach relevant documents, such as a cover letter, CV and qualifications, which may also contain personal data such as date of birth, address, etc.
Only authorised employees of the HR department or employees involved in the selection process have access to your data.
Personal data is stored exclusively for the purpose of filling the vacancy for which you have applied.
The candidate's data will be retained for a period of [90] days after the end of the selection process for the fulfilment of legal obligations or the defence of claims. Subsequently, we are obliged to delete or anonymise your data. Thereafter, the data will only be available as metadata without direct personal reference for statistical purposes (e.g. percentage of women and men in the applications received, number of applications per period, etc.).
In addition, we reserve the right to store the candidate's data for inclusion in our talent pool for [90] days after the end of the selection process, in order to identify any other positions that may be of interest to the candidate. This also applies, for example, to applications for training or internship positions. By accepting the privacy policy, the candidate expressly consents to the possible retention of his/her data for a longer period and their inclusion in our talent pool.
If in the course of the recruitment process the candidate receives a contract proposal and accepts it, the personal data collected during the recruitment process will be retained at least for the duration of the employment relationship.
